This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) establishes the binding payment and delivery terms for Islamic-Names.com (“the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is owned, operated, and maintained by Trygo Service Private Limited.

Please read this document carefully before executing any financial transaction on our platform. By completing a purchase, acquiring a custom digital naming report, or accessing our premium consulting tools, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Consulting Product Declaration: All Sales Are Final

Islamic-Names.com delivers specialized online naming tools, automated historical alphanumeric coding systems, linguistic root tracing matrices, and custom digital reports. Because our offerings are classified strictly as intangible, instantly delivered digital consulting products and data services, they cannot practically be returned, rolled back, or recaptured once access is granted.

Consequently, we enforce a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.

  • Immediate Performance: The moment a transaction is finalized and access to data generation is provided, our digital consulting performance is considered fully executed.

  • No Restitution: We do not provide monetary compensation, bank reversals, or alternative product replacements if you simply change your mind, choose an alternative name elsewhere, or remain personally dissatisfied with the generated linguistic recommendations.

2. Informational and Educational Scope Alignment

All data sets, spiritual virtue commentaries, phonetic pronunciations, Arabic script renderings, and regional naming trend notes are supplied exclusively for informational and educational purposes.

Because naming choices involve subjective cultural, familial, and regional theological interpretations, the generation of an asset does not guarantee personal aesthetic alignment. The subjective evaluation of a name’s aesthetic appeal or style variation by a user does not qualify as a product defect or failure of performance, and cannot be used as a ground for a refund claim.

3. Highly Restrictive Remedial Exceptions

We value operational integrity and will review transaction logs for remedies only under the following two highly narrow, documented exceptions:

A. Proven Duplicate System Billing

If our billing gateway encounters a technical sync error resulting in undisputed, multiple identical charges for a single intended name generation session, we will investigate the transaction logs. Upon structural confirmation of a duplicate charge, the redundant payment will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

B. Confirmed Technical System Non-Delivery

If a server-side error occurs where your payment is successfully processed but our custom database scripts completely fail to deliver or render the requested digital data profile—and our technical support infrastructure cannot resolve the access block within 3 business days of a formal report—a manual transaction review will be initiated to process a corrective remedy.

4. Requirement for Checkout Affirmation

To prevent post-purchase disputes and protect our cloud storage infrastructure, our payment interfaces feature a mandatory checkpoint box. You cannot complete a premium purchase or initiate a digital consulting data calculation on Islamic-Names.com without actively checking the affirmation box stating:

“I explicitly acknowledge that I am purchasing an instantly delivered digital consulting product, that all content is for educational purposes, and that I agree to the strict No Refund and No Return Policy.”

This affirmation serves as primary evidence of explicit customer consent in the event of unauthorized payment processor chargeback attempts.

5. Dispute Resolution and Contact Protocol

If you believe your transaction falls strictly under the technical exceptions outlined in Section 3, you must submit a formal review claim within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

Your claim must contain your legal registration name, transaction reference number, associated email address, and clear screenshots of any technical system error logs. Anonymous or incomplete claims cannot be processed.
